The 1st 1 I had I paid to get installed. once it was installed we realized the motor didn't work to take the dvd. i had to send it back. amazon sent a replacement right away. that made me happy. Then i had that 1 installed n half the time it wouldn't come on. I hope this third 1 is a charm. We will see:)
