I purchased the Gray Headrest 9" LCD Monitor with Sony disc reader DVD player USB SD and 32 BIT & 8 Bit Game Package from this seller via Amazon in mid April. It got hot and blew fuses. First time I had an issue with Amazon. Contacted the seller, sent product back (w/ signed tracker). Still no refund for return. Over a month later; not even a response stating received product. I had to pay for the return shipment too. Seller debated with me on how I set up the system in my vehicle (it is just plug and play). No interest in customer satisfaction.
