These DVD Headrests are another example of "you get what you pay for" and if given the opportunity, I would return them in a heartbeat. They appear to be of decent quality, however, while installing them a cable broke and my husband had to purchase new materials to repair it. The "open" function broke AND the dvd player intermittently stopped working the same day we installed it. It worked fine for about an hour, then the inside of the player got really hot and shut down. We found that the actual dvd player is useless, we've had to convert all of our dvd's to SD cards (additional purchases), and even those don't work consistently. On a positive note (with the exception of one of the cables breaking)the installation was easier than anticipated. My overall advice; do not buy this product!

I received this unit and was all excited to go however it was D.O.A I called tech support and all they said was it doesnt work, ok send it back. They must be use to this.
