I bought this unit, spent two days installing my subs, amp, backup cam, USB into glove, GPS antenna above the rear view mirror etc. Then the last thing I installed was the new movewell head unit. It looked nice and installed in less than 15 minutes. I then pushed the power button and . . . . Nothing. The unit was completely dead.After 30+ emails back and forth to "Castar" they had me send it back to them. They tested it and said it was working fine. Wt freak right? I am 100% positive it was not user error on the install. The unit really can not be installed incorrectly as each plug is unique. I checked all the fuses and connections multiple times. I took it out and put the stock stereo back in and it fired right back up. Performed the swap about 6-8 more times just to be sure. The only people I know of who have successfully installed these chinese head units are people in other countries with the European spec. Focus'. Then when I thought the unit was just faulty, I requested a replacement. "Castar LLC" replied by saying they are discontinuing their Amazon account and would refund my $$. Now i'm back to square one. . .
