I think it's just ok becausethe controls are little difficult tooperate . For Ex : If you are trying to turn up the volume you literallyhave to search for the right button , you press it and it is still doing nothing.So you tinker with it , and finally volume may go up or down but very slowly .I think this product is overrated .

Purchased this unit 6 months ago. It is too slow; most of the features including the blue tooth are useless. The NAV system does not have many features like shutting off the annoying 2 steps disclaimer. It is garbage. Customer service at Kenwood SUCKS!
