The seller, Discounts Jungle made good on a refund of this unit. Thanks to their customer service I got most of my money back (I'm out the install and removal money). You can trust the seller to do you right!Well the seller, Discounts Jungle called and offered a replacement or a refund. I can honestly say that Discounts Jungle wanted to make things right, I'm taking a refund. Thanks to them this may all work out. I still suggest you avoid the Sony!Here's an update just 4 days after the one below! First the system appears not to be "new" as two different phones were listed in the BT phone book as being paired. The GPS volume can not be adjusted to a reasonable volume and yes I discussed this with Sony. The system clock (not the GPS clock) will not stay set and track time as it should. The radio tuner will not hold a station once the vehicle is turned off, the next start up puts the station to 98.3 every time. The only thing that didn't have a glitch was the rear camera. Sony says I can return it for a refurbished system. Well I was so frustrated with the whole thing that I had it pulled out and installed a Kenwood DNX-6980 which works perfectly! This was all done by a professional installer. Looks like I can't get a refund from Discounts Jungle and I don't want another piece of crap refurbished Sony, so buyer beware.System looks good and everything works. The one exception is the TomTom voice override is LOUD! Sony site says see installer and installer says power output is higher than factory audio was (2011 Nissan Titan Pro-4X) and that they can't do anything about it. I"m resigned to live with it since I don't use the Nav all that much.

Awesome unit! This unit was easy to install and easy to operate. Has all the options anyone could want or require and the price was right.
