After returning another unit that sucked, I found this unit! Installation was simple, and took less than an hour. The headsets work way better than expected, awesome purchase for the kids!

The unit I received works sporadically. The battery in remote was used and did not work from the beginning. The shop that installed the unit told me it was refirbished. I bought a new one and was very dissappointed to have been given a refirbished unit from Amazon upon the guise of being new.

I have had this installed now for 4 weeks and my wife just used ot for a long trip. SOOOOO much better than the last 2 we bought. Paid more than the last 2 units that were $180 dollars of a different brand but took the gamble that the AudioVox name was worth the extra cash.....IT WAS. Don't waste you energy installing crap, been there-done that, go ahead and drop the extra cash and get a good solid unit......this one meets that definition.
