Item purchased and was delivered on time.It was to replace my existing sound system in my Honda CRV 2011. I had already instructed a professional auto sound fitter to install this unit for me and he promptly arrived on the scheduled fitting day. The unit looked good when installed and fitted just like a factory fitted unit should look like. Will it work well though i asked myself. Initial power up and everything was going okay, CD, DVD, Radio, everything sounding good and interface for different uses good looking and simple. Now for the main reason i got this, the navigational / gps bit. Now came the disappointment. No matter what the engineer did which including rebooting the system etc when attempting to use navigational system the unit kept saying unable to find navigational software. So after another 45 minutes and several attempts to contact Koolertron by phone (I assume the time difference was the problem as the phone no is in Asia)it was thought better to re-install my existing unit back and call it a day. Amazon contacted and item duly dispatched back for refund. Two things could have perhaps rectified this situation. Firstly a proper installation handbook, none was supplied, it may have saved the day because usually they have a installation problem section. Secondly a proper help desk. Literature supplied with the unit says if there are any problems please e-mail and we will help you to resolve. This option is no good if you have a problem and your car dash is in bits and you are paying someone by the hour for installation. Who is to say when someone might respond to that e-mail or if they do can they solve the problem. We'll never know. Like i say it is a great pity because the unit looks and sound good and is a great price compared to some of the units out there it also fits perfectly, but at the end of the day although i will get a refund from Amazon for the return of this unit, I am $100 out of pocket and no nearer to having a new sat nav fitted. I guess I learned my lesson about ordering cheap stereos. The GPS will not track properly. The unit loses audio when you switch from one menu to another. If the smallest amount of light hits the screen, you lose all visibility of the screen. Movies appear dark and when you brighten the picture, it only adds white to it which washes out the picture. On my way home from Denver, this thing tried to reroute me to a different city that was over 100 miles out of the way. Then it locked up and I had to use my phone GPS to get home. I dealt with this unit for a month before I put a kenwood in and threw away this piece of crap. Don't waste your money.
