Installation and owners manual is practically not existant, but with some experience you can manage.The hard ware is making a good impression. Software is another story. Menus are not intuitive, Navigation works fine, but especially playing MP3s from the storage card is a nightmare.With a software update it could be very competitive product....

Wow, where to begin.-Clips that hold the unit are in place are way flimsier then OEM unit, they broke off leaving the head unit stuck in the dash-Software is horrible-Rear speakers are almost impossible to hear, about 1/4 the volume of the front speakers-When using the GPS, when you push a button the music stops playing for 3 seconds, really annoying when you're setting the destination you're looking for up.-Blue tooth quality is abysmal, don't bother trying to stream music via blue tooth from your phone with this.-Sound Quality is worst then stock. You can put this unit in and the OEM one and tell the difference.-Half the set up menus are in Chinese-Product has no menus that say audi like the Amazon page shows.-Buttons are extra clicky and cheap feelingI've fought with this unit for a month and I regret this purchase 100%, Shipping the thing back to China will not be cheap.If I could do it over I would have gotten an OEM in-dash nav unit.
