I really liked the look of this product, compared to the Pioneer in the same price range, so I decided to purchase this, even though there was only 1 review - MISTAKE!!I had it professionally installed, and my main reason for buying this was for the i-Pod/iPhone interface. Well, I'm not saying I didn't miss something, but the iPhone won't even play, and my iPhone cannot find the Blue Tooth. I called 2 times, and it rang off the hook. Then I emailed - I got a reply back, gave them my number, as requested, and it's been over a week and I have still not heard back.It looks good, but I did not pay over $400 just to have a touch screen radio. I'm extremely unhappy. I sent a THIRD email, and told them if I did not hear back by this week, I would be sending it back. I have never sent back a product from Amazon, and I'm pretty sure I've never given a 1 star rating. If I hear back and this problem is fixed, I MIGHT think about changing my rating. But it has been 3 weeks, and still no tunes from my iPhone. Very disappointing... I don't like to give bad ratings, especially if this is just some simple error user (which is entirely possible!), but it shouldn't take 3 weeks to get this issue resolved. Lousy customer service, and I work in customer service, which is why I don't like giving bad ratings.Not everyone is a tech genious, and I don't feel like I should have to be, just to be able to have a cool car audio system.

After researching in-Dash DVD systems I ran across the Exonic EXD-7088 here at Amazon.The price was incredibly cheap for what this deck can do.DVD play back.iPod controlblue tooth for hands free operation in my car. I don't know what a ticketwould cost if you get caught talking and driving but I'm sure close to what I paid this Awesome DVD CD radio.I can arrange the icons all around the screen so they are in the order I prefer.The picture Quality is really nice. I looked at Kenwood and Pioneer in the stores and thisunit looks and feels as nice!I would highly recommend this unit over most of its competitors, Boss Pyle Excreta.Hope this helps, I love it!
