i gave this product 3 stars only because the "Product Features" state that they are 2 dvd player/monitors. i had no problems with the seller and shipping just on the product features itself. i'm sure this is a great item, but i would have DEFINATELY not purchased it if i new it was only one DVD player-monitor. i guess i'll have to come up with a solution when it comes to the kids wanting to see their own movie. already thinking of buying a $20 dvd player and hooking it up with the monitor only headrest.ADDITION: had to upgrade my rating from 3 to 4 stars. these monitors ARE GREAT!! great picture quality and nice size monitor. hooked them up to an OEM DVD/Navi car stereo so i can actually see two different DVDs on these babies. these headrests have to video inputs each thus having the capability to switch from AV1 to AV2. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these monitors. still hoped they were DUAL DVD players that way i could have 3 different DVDs playing at the same time. one for each monitor and another one in my DVD stereo.....but that's just getting a little picky on my part.

I have ordered two sets of these, and love them. One set I ordered over two years ago, and mounted in my wife's Ford Edge. Still going strong with no issues to date. The second set I put in my mercedes. They look great and coupled with a plug in cigarette lighter switched power supply, the install was a snap (no need to splice into yoru sensitive elctronics wiring. Just buy a cigarette lighter plug from Amazon or your local Radio Shack that allows you to splice into it for the +(pos) and -(neg) for power, and the rest is a snap. To remove\install the headrests... (Mercedes)You will need to access the back of the seat by unscrewing two screws at the bottom back edge of the seat which will aalow you to pull down and off the back seat cover exposing the innner workings of the seat (cool...) To remove the stock headrests(remove the pillar circlip stop). (Ford) Just work your fingers into the seams and pry off the back cover of the seat, and tada! Back seat inners are exposed for easy install. Enjoy!!!
